Many Southern Fans have watched in disbelief as USC appeared to escape the fateful fist of the NCAA, time and time again. Honestly, I didn’t really expect this time to be any different and am surprised to learn of the extensive sanctions that have been imposed. Its not really that I dislike USC, its just that I feel that “what’s good for one, oughta be good for the others”. In that way, I suppose I am pleased.
Further, it amazes me that little Lane and his band of merry men are once again, at the center of a controversial discussion. But there again, he was at USC when the violations occurred. Just desserts?? Maybe, but with Kiffin there always seems to be more to the story. ‘Wonder what we’ll learn next?
